Delete your Sama account
Deleting your account removes everything saved in it from our servers. It can’t be undone.
Cancel your store subscription first
Deleting your account does not stop App Store or Google Play payments. Cancel the subscription in the store yourself:
What gets deleted
- Your account and how you sign in (Apple, Google or email)
- Your devices
- Your children's profiles and progress saved in the account
- Any subscription we added for you by hand
What stays
Stories and progress saved on your devices stay there until you delete the app. Anonymous reading statistics have no link to you, so there is nothing to delete.
Delete from the app
Open Sama, press and hold the parents button, then go to Account → Delete account.

Sign in with the same method you used in the app.

Never saved an account?
If you bought a subscription but never saved it to Apple, Google or an email, there is no sign-in to use here. Delete from the app (Parents → Account), or email us from the address you use with the store and we will help.
